Nė stadiumin Skėnderbeu tė qytetit tė Korēės filloi sot shtrimi i tapetit tė barit, faza pėrfundimtare e rikonstruksionit tė kėtij stadiumi, njė investim prej 220 mijė euro, akorduar nga bashkia e qytetit dhe Federata Shqiptare e Futbollit.
Sipėrfaqja qė do tė shtrohet me tapet bari, i pėrzgjedhur pėr tu rezistuar kushteve tė motit tė ftohtė nė Korēė, ėshtė rreth 8 mijė metra katrorė. Ky proces pritet tė zgjasė tė paktėn 10 ditė dhe mė pas do tė kryhen punimet rregulluese e plotėsuese pėr stadiumin, ndėr tė cilat mė tė rėndėsishme janė edhe ato pėr ndriēimin e tij natėn. Stadiumi i Korēės do tė jetė i treti nė vend, pėrsa i pėrket ndriēimit natėn, pas stadiumit Qemal Stafa dhe atij tė Shkodrės, Loro Borici, ndėrkohė qė cilėsia e fushės sė tij do tė pėrmirėsohet ndjeshėm.
Stadiumi Skėnderbeu ėshtė ndėrtuar nė vitin 1959 dhe ka njė kapacitet prej 7 mijė vendesh. Rikonstruksioni i tij nisi nė muajin prill tė kėtij viti, me punimet e drenazhimit tė fushės.
