well, it's all a question whether you have the money or not. in albania unfortunately, you don't have it, which means there are no investments in building appropriate training and youth facilities. those would be basic steps towards improvement.

does anybody know when the new season starts (dates) for parė & dytė? by then the groups and participating teams should be confirmed, i suppose.
