CONCACAF (Federata e Amerikes Veriore, Qendrore dhe Karaibeve) ka vendosur te krijoje nje kupe si Champions League e UEFAs.
Ktu do marrin pjese 4 skuadra amerikane, 4 meksikane, 3 nga shtetet e karaibeve, 2 nga Costa Rica, Salvadori, Guatemala, Honduras dhe Panama, dhe 1 nga Kanada, Belize dhe Nikaragua.
Finalet do jene me 4 grupe me nga 4 skuadra.
